Los Angeles

So! We are back on the west coast (this time in Los Angeles) after 3 years of moving all around. It's so nice to be back in California and LA is already a perfect fit. We drove all the way over from St. Pete, Florida and camped in some pretty awesome spots in Georgia, Illinois, Utah and Nevada. Midway through our road trip we stopped in Boulder, Colorado for a few days and watched my cousin get married in the mountains of Estes Park. It's been quite the adventure and I'm so happy to call LA my new home.

The Burg

These past few months have been a seriously wild ride. After a month of traveling in Europe in September we had plans to move to Miami. On a whim, we decided maybe we should keep looking around. We found an adorable little house in the Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg, Fl, and we are so happy with our decision.

It's refreshing to be back in our home state with the ocean only a couple of blocks away and tropical breezes year-round. Jesse and I have also started our own business out of our sweet casa. We launched Dog Days Creative in November and have been working hard getting it up and running. It's a scary, fun, fluid and a very different/exciting time for us. I am so grateful that St. Pete has welcomed us into it's friendly, local-loving arms, and I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to explore such creative cities.
